What is a mail account?
A mail account is a "mailbox" that holds your emails on the server until you view them (download them) with an email program that runs on your computer, such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express,or any other mail software which runs in your system.
Do you offer mailing lists
All our hosting and email plans offer mailing lists, The amount of mailing lists you can create is the same as the number of mail accounts available with your hosting/email account. Example: If you can have up to 250 mail accounts, then you can have up to 250 mailing lists as well.
Do you provide Auto Responders
Each of our hosting and email plans comes with auto responders. An auto responder is an email address that sends an automated response back to every email address it receives a message from. You will be able to define the subject and content of the email that gets sent back from your hosting control panel.
Do you offer webmail
We offer webmail for all our email hosting plans and the customer will be able to access your email from the web from any remote location that has a connection to the Internet.
Can we send bulk mails using your mail services?
We do not allow customers to send bulk mails using our mail services. Our server will automatically detect email ids sending bulk mails and it will automatically block that email id. It will released only after receiving a written confirmation from the system admin of that company that bulk mails will not be sent in future. If the same is repeated again we will suspend the domain name and no refunds will be given.

My Email Bounces Back, What could be the reason
If your email is bouncing back, it can be due bad reputation of your email server, many email service providers use Firewalls to block emails from Servers which have bad reputation, but when you host your email service with us, you can stay relaxed as your email wont bounce as we have procured server from premium data centers and we offer round the clock maintenance service.
Can I use multiple devices to check email
Yes, you can use as many devices as you want, there are no restrictions.
I want that my emails should not be read by anyone else, is it possible?
Yes, with our dedicated email hosting, we can provide you an environment where no one except you can check your email, engineers from our company will also not be able to check emails hosted on our servers.
Why dont you resell email services provided by other cloud providers?
No, we don't. In reselling email services by other cloud providers, we cannot provide technical support as there are limitations imposed by the providers, but people call us to provide support, so because of this, we have decided that we will not resell email services from other cloud providers.
